I don't think there is anything wrong with this. This world could use more manners and I think it is helpful for these girls to at least have a basic knowledge of proper ettiquete out in the world. They may choose to use them later in life, or not. It is their life but what is the harm in educating them a little on how to behave like a nice young lady:)
