  • @tree3332 I'm very much a beginner with paint but my experience with Acrylics so far is that it is so thick. What do you add to make it spread so easily, water?

  • @Sly5083 yes acrylic you only use water to make it more diluted, with oils you use linseed or turpentine

  • @Sly5083 Hi!! in this video, it looks like I was using straight from the tube or bottle. Sometimes if I want to loosen up acrylics, I'll use Liquitex Pouring Medium, to get a little more flow. And if I use water, I'll either add a little to the paint or sometimes mist the surface of the canvas. Keep in mind, some acrylics are heavier than others, you have to experiment a little with diff brands and types of paint! Paul
