i have a question! if i want my gif to be made up of more than 3 images like yours, For example, i want mine to be made from 10 images. Is there any way i can just highlight them all when i open them on photoshop? or do i have to open each one individually?

I just made a gif in Photoshop, and everything worked out great except for one thing. When I saved the file as a gif it only kept the only the last frame of animation and discarded the rest. So I then tried to "export for web and devices" as a gif and it did the same ting. Do you know what's going on?

This is great :) But would his wings move smoother if you used the tween button btw frames 1-4? Or wouldn't that really work there?

Thank you! This is what I needed. I particularly needed to know how to add images to layers. I didn't know about the Place command.

Some time saving improvements:

- use "Make frames from layers" command

- you can select all frames and set time delay for them in one shot.

Mines saying the same thing as TheGitarre09. Photoshop says your file is too large and may not be enough memory or something like that. When I click Save for Web & Devices it starts to freeze when it tries to load the animation.
