If you, saxons, are not coming back to Siebenburgen to reconquer all the beautifull villages and towns, to actualy live in the hauses where in the past your grandparents were, everything is going to destroy because the romanian government has no interrest in taking care of all the buildings including houses, towers, churches and all the stuf wich have been build by your ancestor'
the saxons fought for Siebenbuergen... its called the 2nd WW... their grandparents were deported--or at least lost everything-- for being german... so you want to blame them for not coming back to a land they are not wanted???
nu i frumos cum vb..in primul rand esti roman..in al doilea rand tin sa te anunt ca nemtii niciodata nu s au laudat atat!bunicii mei de acolo se trag, iar ceilalti sunt greci..in primul rand sunt Romanca !nu uita ce ti scrie in buletin!
have Saxon ancestors that came from the Siebenburgen...thank you so much for depicting Transylvania with videos. My wife and I traveled there in 2004. Thanks again!
Yes, I visited that fortress church. The pipe organ was broken and they had brought in an electronic organ down close to the front. Mediash is approx. 5 miles south of Kleinblausendorf where my parents are from.
If only I were that musical! No, it's Fantasia VI 4 vocum, by Valentin Greff-Bakfark, 1507-1576. I wanted to soundtrack the video authentically with Saxon organ music. I think it's the Mediasch organ.
A lovely video of a lovely Transylvanian city which is in excellent condition...still quite a few German Saxons living here. I visited here in 2004...my parents came to U.S.A. Florida from Kleinblasendorf (Blajel). I visited there...went into my Father's home..also the church...played the organ, still sounded great.

If anybody is an expert on early 20th Century Transylvanian silver hollow ware, of which the German Saxons had a strong tradition, please message me.

Still nemtesc-voi locuiati in pomuri cind in ardeal se cladeau case facute de unguri si nemti.

Mai degraba casele noastre erau de obicei distruse de cotropitorii huni .

Hey, Paul, I meant to ask if the organ being played is the one in Biertan church, also are you the one playing?
