  • Im not a HUGE fan of this machine cause I personally feel that I dont stimulate the muscle as much do to the awkward range of motion, but I DO know that dieting is tough and sometimes you need to stimulate while preventing injury so I completely get it!! KUDOS!!

You can't add muscle while contest dieting, especially if you're natural. Do you think that lowering the weight will help? Keeping the weights high = keeping size. Cardio will burn the unwanted cals...

  • the main reason he should lower the weight is to use a full range of motion. and by lighter weight i only mean by doing more full reps like 12-15 to failure as opposed to 6-8 failure.and ofcourse higher volume
