2.3 is can be achived in a Subaru quite easily. The Veyron wins on top speed as it takes so much BHP to make it go that fast. There was an article in a car magazine where someone had tuned their MK1 Golf GTI to do 2.2 seconds but the guy had sepnt £60,000 to do this
