Yep, I had this. My parents thought that since it looked so easy to set up, it would be the perfect gift for me (I was about 3 at the time) since I was just getting into Barbies. Nope. I never played with it because I couldn't figure out how to put it together. And when I did try, it broke. Definitely not as easy as it looked in the commercials.

Pretty sure I came close to peeing my pants when I saw this. I wish I still had the fold and fun house; I remember the smell when I first opened it, Ken and Barbie's first date-he walked her to the curb and kissed her goodnight under the lamp light. I remember their first domestic dispute, and their first of many break ups. Oh, the nostalgia.

I remember wanting this so bad when I was younger. My mom got it for me and my sister told me what it was so my mom took it back. I am crying right now because I am 25 years old now and I remember how hurt I was when my mom took it back. I still want this. Not to play with but to give my inner child what she always wanted.

I unfolded it Xmas 92 and it never got folded up again. It stayed on a table in my room. I would often throw random bits of junk in there when I wasn't using it. I thought it was the best house ever but then I see the houses they have today and I am jealous! I wish I kept this. Got rid of it around 1999 or so.

Wahahaha! I remember my sister got this for Christmas about some 15-20 years ago. And my dad got so mad because it took him 3-4 hours to set that thing up. It turns out the house didn't fold up and down that easily like the commercial shows. It was so much a hassle that my sister just left it unfolded.
