billick is right. he isn't ready yet. his accuracy inside the pocket and decision making has always been a question mark. he has shown that he wants to learn and get better. absolute gym rat. and that is what the titans are banking on by drafting him in the 1st round.

1. Locker only played a spread system as a freshman. Pro system last two years.
2. Locker has amazing pocket presence (albeit being less accurate outside the pocket.
3. Locker has been productive in critical situations (upset USC on last drive junior year. Td pass againt OSU on last drive in OT. TF pass in apple cup on their last play from scrimmage, etc.
4. Sark and co. has worked with him on his accuracy issues and he has improved his accuracy every year.
If he was so knowledgeable about quarterbacks, how come he struck out with Kyle Boller? Why didn't he draft Tom Brady? Opinions are like buttholes.. Only time will tell. I wish Locker the best of luck.
