mate if its just had a rebuild you shouldnt be revvin it like that, run it in and when you start it let it warm up a bit or youll wear your bore and damage your engine

ya they are ok but the 86's were faster but ya i think the 87 was ok its jus that the 86 and 87 were the only 2 alike models so other bikes for parts are hard to find

awsum bikes i luv um my first real dirt bike was a 84 kx80 great bike fast as hell scared the shit outa me when i was 11 lol it has racing induction reeds wiseco piston n i forget what else but there great old bike n took a very good beating i use to run mine up n down the road full throttle 1 to 6 cuz it was so fun lol i ride yz250s n stuff now but i luv the little 80cc im gunna pick up another for just messen around
