that helped me alot. cause with front flips you keep your head tucked into your chest so i thought it would be the same for back flips. this vid really helped. thanks a ton
One of the steps could end up in serious injury if done the wrong way. NEVER throw your head back. it will make you lose heighth (which could lead to numerous mistakes or injuries that aren'tworth describing), it will make it harder to tuck your legs (causing slower ad inadequate rotation), and you could sprain or break your neck if you do it sharply. it's oneof the first things i learned as a gymnast before attempting any sort of backward flips and such.. so i know what i'm talkin about.

Parkour is only vaults, jumps, cat grabs etc.
Free Running is FLIPS , jumps, grabs etc.
Ok, parkour isnt flips. Get it right ;)

Bad example, he plants his foot flat on the wall. DO NOT DO THIS. With anything in parkour and free running, ALWAYS use the balls of your feet.

As long as you commit to the technique, its almost impossible to land on your neck.
The only way you would is if you get scared and try to stop halfway during the flip!

Because the video tells you to put your feet flat on the wall. Use the balls of your feet just like anything else in parkour.

I managed to do a wallflip alone before i could do a backflip alone... I had to be spotted to backflip but wallflip was easy :D
