No, that's the new reckoning change, when the old reckoning got nerfed, back to patch 1.9 and below, it was Once critically hit, you gain one extra weapon attack, it stacked infinite times, once players realized this, they went and one shotted a world boss called Lord Kazzak, shortly after that happened, they nerfed to so it stacked only up to 4 extra hits, but that was still OP, so then in 1.12, they nerfed it to the one you just posted.
