Dude that's bullshit. Where's your facts? I couldn't find 'em on the website. Google "IQ and global inequality" Germany's at 99, and Italy's the highest at 103. And france is at 98. WTF? That's during 2006 so no way IQ could've risen/droped so drastically. In fact in his 2008 book he reiterates that Italians hold the highest IQ for Europe at 103.

There are many variables at stake here including GDP per capita, Gini Index, education system of the country in question, etc. that will supersede ethnicity in terms of impact on endogenous variable (IQ)...

Holland & Germany scoring top makes sense because they're the most prosperous countries. I'd have expected Sweden or Denmark to have beaten Poland. And slavic countries like Serbia only get 89. These results arent very consistent (look how heavily Italy outscores France)-Ireland scores 3 below Britain but Northern Irish scored highest in the UK, 5 above southern Irish. And the highest scoring ethnic group in America were a borough of Massuchussetts Irish who had an average of 115.
