I remember seeing this on Free Speech TV a good while back. He does make some very interesting comparisons with his work, but at the same time I wonder. If corporations are all only existing for the sake of a profit, what would the world be like without corporations to manufacture everything we eat, drink, wear, watch, read, paint with, and other things?

"Corporations don't deserve free speech, people deserve free speech". I'm all for freedom of speech and expression. You know what makes up those "corporations"? People. If he really gives a shit about his 'art', he can raise some money and actually buy billboard space.

You don't get the point. The average person can't possibly compete with the corporations for ad space. Corporations may be made up of "people," but only the elite in those corporations are in control. And their only motive is PROFIT. Not the good of the people, profit. That's the point. You may disagree and think that he should purchase the billboard space, but you can't pretend like corporations promote the interests of people just because they are made up of people.
