careful with the ent industry. People its extraordinary dangerous when the ents operate on peoples turbinates. Also to all the parents who have had there kids diagnosed with attention deficit disorder after they had turbinate surgery there is a link between turbinates and breathing. Dr nassif are you still cauterizing peoples turbinates. I hope you tell people about alternatives like accupuncture before you touch there turbinates.
i will have my septoplasty and tonsillectomy and ear tubes put in becasue they said my ear drum are hard. can u tell me what to expect and what i need to bring to the hospital i take blood thinners so i probley be in there like 3 or 4 days maybe longer.
How bad was it??? Cuz I'm about to get a Septoplasty and a rhinoplasty and I'm 15 I'm a girl btw I'm getting it done on the 21st of this month and really scared
I went to an ENT doctor and he said that i need septopasty. My insurance is Blue Shield of California and he said they will cover it. But i have a deviated nose doe to that... is straightening it part of the same procedure?
I have ENS after the surgery about 30 years ago. I feel extremely dry, itches and throbbing pain inside my nose. most of the ent's are butcher, when they damage the nerve inside nose or disfunction the job of the nose to humidify and regulate air pressure, then they say you imagine and nothing is wrong.
Sorry to hear that. That was caused by the surgeon being to aggressive during the Turbinoplasty procedure. Dr. Nassif talks about this on his channel "drpaulnassif" in a video called Safety & Risks of Rhinoplasty Surgery
wasnt as painful but thats just me. the anastesia had me vomiting and left me feeling like sh!t for a couple days after. hey at least i can breath now!!
yea like i said afterwards you wont feel so good. the nose will be bleeding heavily and u cant sneeze or breath out of the nose for about a week so it kinda suxx
That sounds so much fun:( But hey what can you do how long did you have to wait for this proccedure? Noone will answer me that my guy said three months you think it will be three months longer are sooner than that?

The not being able to breath sucks.
Find a surgeon who uses Doyle Splints instead of packing. These splints are like straws so they allow you to breath through your nose after surgery..

Was it worth it?
