  • That's one of the myths TPI goes after on a daily basis. Assuming you don't have any major knee injury, the squat is one of the most dynamic mobility exercises a golfer can do. Properly screened and diagnosed, this particular squat exercise with heel raise retrains the body to squat. In fact, the myth of the squat and knees may directly contribute to poor squat mechanics. You should find a TPI Certified Instructor near you!

  • Isn't that squat terrible for you knees? I've always been told never to let your knees pass in front of your toes when you do a squat.
