Where To Find Fin Gleam In Oblivion On The Xbox 360

i dont see the point in fin gleam cuz lots of objects are already enchated with water breathing and if u are an argonian u dont need fin gleam at all and there is one ring that i no of that lets u walk on water which is the ring of happines its found in a quest in the shivering isles

well its more of an item for starters. plus it has night eye and it lets u detect life, so i guess its mainly for dungeon exploring

yeah your right but im still saying that if people dont have the time to find the helmet or something they can just look around shops or in chests and find an enchanted ring, necklace or armor
