But it will tell you what each prize wins, things can have a lot of math when it comes to bonus prizes, however there is a jackpot payout amount... If it pays over that amount, then it obviously malfunctioned.

All slots have pay tables (a lot of machines now you actually have to hit the help button and scroll through to find the pay tables. But it will tell you what each prize wins, things can have a lot of math when it comes to bonus prizes, however there is a jackpot payout amount... If it pays over that amount, then it obviously malfunctioned.

Ugh..I HATE seeing these kinds of stories because a ton of people who know nothing about casinos and slots jump in and start saying the people were cheated. EVERY slot machine CLEARLY shows the max payout. If it says $10,000 then that is the max you can win on that machine if you hit the "jackpot" symbols or whatever is needed. If it malfunctions (Malfuntion voids all play!) and shows $10,000,000 I or any normal casino player would know something was wrong.

also what dose the Machine or casino define a malfunction as. there must be a technical explanation. all machines are checked by technicians in acorrdance to the state gaming commission. for example the nevada gaming commission (GC) defines a malfunction as but not limited to improper tampering, coin jams, empty hoppers, switch failures, computer chip failure, and bumping. the GC sees to it that gaming is fair. a casino can not deny you a payout just to say its a malfunction i would dispute

i would question when the malfunction occurred. if there is a machine malfunction detected an alarm sounds and technicians must service or repair the machine before returning it to service. once the machine is serviced it is considered "CLEAN" and in good working order. example if 3 pulls later a person is a jackpot winner. the casino should not deny winnings because of a previous malfunction of that machine. if a casino denies winnings with out a technical explanation they are in the wrong

1600 is the max the machine can pay up to depending on the bet. No where does it say on the machine up to 11,000,000 - now if that was the case and the gaming commission refused the pay out of that amount (let's say the couple was betting all max) THEN i could understand an 11,000,000 lawsuit - but come on - observe, learn and obey is my motto when gaming

Last time I checked unless a person willfully and intentionally causes a machine to malfunction, they should be entitled to what the payout displays, no matter how big it is. No one player can anticipate ate any given moment when a machine they are playing on is going to malfunction so if the readout says eleven million, she deserved eleven million. And if its that bad of a problem with those machines then the gaming commission needs to shut down that casino.

it states on the machines that a malfunction machine will not be paid. Faire enough....Read it before you play "how much the top price will be paid on each machines.." And, if the Jackpot amount is greater than the amount on the statement on the machine, it means that that slot machine IS malfunction. We all know it.
