That was a demonstration of exactly what NOT to do. If you watch the entire footage from that scene (dunno if it's in the video), you'll also notice that I purposefully didn't have all my abilities on bars - I paged through them in the spellbook. It's not so much what programs ARE required, more of what programs you are required to NOT have. Bartender4 is a standalone bar mod, so you need to make sure you're not using any other full blown bar mods (bartender3, bongos, macaroon, etc)

So all of these addons work for Burning Crusade too? Right now I'm using them for WOTLK at retail buy me and my friend are gonna make a priv server for our LAN purposes and the only stable client is TBC.

But all of these addons are updated for WOTLK in WoW Curse ... will it work anyways?

I don't know, you can try finding older versions. WotLK versions will most likely break for 2.4, so... I dunno.

im aggrevated with bartender 4 because ive disabled the bars i dont need and moved others where i need them, yet in certain places around my toon, (right next to his shoulder, helm area) there is a spot where mouse click doesnt register. Almost like theres an icon there in the way but there isnt. What happens is u right click to turn or left to move camera and nothing happens so i wind up fumbling around reclicking another area. It happens alot until i decided to disable the addon :( help anyon?

thats the thing, it acts like there is a hidden bar there, but i disable all the bars and when i unlock the bars, nothing shows up green in that spot to be moved. So as far as i can tell theres no bar there , but i could be wrong im sure. Maybe theres another way to check besides unlocking them and looking for the greenish color?

If there's no telltale green or red bar there, it's not Bartender4 that's doing it.

From here there are a couple ways to proceed. The brute force approach (and most effective) is to turn off all your addons, then enable them one by one and see which one causes this bug.

You could also try checking google.

I do remember having a similar sort of problem with addons interfering with each other, sort of like different boxes in a powerpoint slide overlapping, but never with turning :(

It's somewhere in the configuration under each individual frame type (party, player, target, pet, etc): either under icons or other. I can't remember exactly where it is, but the config is pretty small once you're narrowed down there.

If that fails, it could be that they're disabled globally and you need to look under "modules" towards the top of the config menu.

Or they've completely changed it and I can't help you :(
