Quoting the Bible to me is pointless because I do not believe it is the word of God so it has no special meaning to me -- that quote is just someone's opinion, and I disagree with it.
What is considered right or wrong varies by culture, class, and time period so NO you weren't born knowing right from wrong. What was considered right 200 years ago (say slavery) is not considered right today.

@Koomo0069 I'm not sure what book you read but it certainly wasn't the Bible! In total God kills 371,176 directly (every other page of the OT he is smiting someone) and orders others to murder nearly 2 million more.
As for killing the unborn, perhaps you should read Hosea 13:16 and Psalms 137:9. The God of the Bible is a vicious murdering thug, which you would know if you actual ever read the thing.
