ok when you have 3 bars on Bankai ichigo press enter and his second one is when you on low health when your not in Vaizard mode tthe hollow takes over... but if you dont want that just keep pressing enter and Ichigo will rip the mask off for hitsugaya i think you just press enter....(or whatever your start button is but mine's enter... same goes for Ichigo...)
