People in Barrhaven should use Heritage for snowblowing. I and other family members have been using them for a number of years now. They are amazing and fast and always answer or return your phone calls in a timely matter.
This company is useless...On our street there were a lot of us last year that got ripped off..We all complained to the company and to BBB...and none of us got a refund of any kind...Called many ,many times and could never leave a message due to full mail box...Also never returned any of our e-mails...The guy is full of crap...Sad thing is ...he got away with it for a long time and a lot of people lost a lot of money to him. About time he lost his licence..

I used to shovel a back alley for my grandma and her driveway for just twenty bucks for the whole job that took more than four hrs to do. oh and plus her sidewalk.
I made the mistake of hiring these folks two years ago. They NEVER did any plowing for either me or my mother's house. Both of us are cardiac patients--being able to get out of the houses quickly was hardly an option.
Because of the non plowing, ice built up on the driveway. I fell, hurt the rotator cuff on my shoulder and spent over a year in physio because of Tony's.
Their equipment must be made by some toy factory to keep breaking down as often as they say it does.

This winter we have had 3 substantial snow falls. Tony's came 24 hours after all the others after the first and has not showed up at all after the other 2. Thanks for outing this fraudster.

Yah If they get bad complains they may try to make up excuses instead of just saying sorry thought they do imply saying a sorry.
They cover up a customer service perhaps.
I could do a better job doing snowblowing on eight bucks an hr.
