We have a silverware piece from the Laurentic, tray thing, engraved and all!

My grandad found it on the beach in Achill during the 1940's.

Awsome.... did you use a filter on this?.. if so, you must have had good ambient light.

No I didn't use any filter, just ambient light, no video lights, and "fast color corrector" in Adobe Premiere CS3 for white balancing.

We will go back in July 2008 to make better shots with better equipment (Sony PD170 cam in Gates house)
