This is my favorite Beefheart album and perhaps my favorite tune off it. Coming off the boot heels of the ground-breaking Grammy award winning Trout Mask Replica, Lick My Decals Off Baby is perhaps more streamlined and certainly just as much a masterpiece in IMHO.

I saw him at at show at Trinity Colledge in Harford, CT in1970. The opening act was a bunch of chimps doing tricks. The most memorable concert I ever went to.
