my nook-touch keeps freezing up on me! Now the charge connector doesn't make good contact and I have to twist it to get it to connect right.

NOOK is a crummy product. Barnes and Noble make bad electronics! Stay away. You shouldn't have to remove the battery, that is BS. I am going to get try a kindle instead. I was a Barnes and Noble customer for my entire life, no more.

lol i just took off the back of my nook and it unfroze. i didn't even have to take out the battery. yayerz!!!!!!

this is great and all, but the thing is, that my Nook was frozen on the "your NOOK is starting up" screen.
