Contra Force (NES) Ending

It reminds me of my childhood .. i usually play this game for hours even after finishing up :p .... still love it.... now i have this in my PC ! ;-) ....& story continues... lol

I found "Contra" Force to be a decent game. I like the the third overview mission, where you have walk on top of plans and A-10 Warthog planes. However, It originally wasn't even supposed to be a Contra game and was released under a completely different title of "Arc Hound" in Japan. But I'd rather play this much more than the newer Contras for the PSX and PS2, but I'd rather play Contra I, II and III over this.

Would it have killed the creators to maybe spend an extra minute on a better ending as oppose to giving a picture with a crappy text?
