Although there are magnets under the painted black portion of the glass, they are no where near strong enough to hold up an Apple Remote. Even if they were, it wouldn't look too good if you had an Apple Remote sticking out on the front of the computer.
Amazing how this is for Apple and it was made in Windows Movie Maker....
