The two endings yall are talking about, I seen...but, if you didn't know there's a third ending which is Katie screams, her husband runs down stair, then he's killed by Katie, then you see her (Katie) back in the room with the knife, and then she stands there on the cam for hour and half, and sincelry she slice her neck, and she fall down on the floor. So, which three I think is really is the polices ending...that look more reality than all the others.

There is also a 3rd ending. It follows suit with the other two as far as Katie standing at bedside, going downstairs, Micah going after her and dying. I don't remember if he gets back up stairs or not. But she enters the bedroom, covered in his blood and has the knife in her hand. She goes to the camera, doesnt look at it, and slits her own throat.

the theatrical version is fitting...for theaters. The ending with the shooting is my personal favorite. I hear all three will be on the DVD version.

The origional ending, wouldn't have made the film as good. The ending was a bit gradual. no impact

Yet the one i saw at the cinema... Had the build throughout the film. All the way through and then the IMPACT at the end. made it amazing. screamed like a pansy. :D

i think the whole rocking against the bed was pretty scary. Would've been good to have it in the film... just...where to put it :S

Ahh sorry, i guess we only use that phrase in England. I ment that it wasnt very good, (but not in a mean way ^_^). Brittish accents are hard to imitate as it is, from what i've been told. = )

My favourite was the one where Micah is thrown at the camera and she does the whole lunge thing. I've also seen the version where she slits her throat, I'll try to upload it if anyone wants it. Also, anyone that dresses up like Kat Von D steals my heart. <3

I have seen BOTH endings - #1 & #2 as in your review. At first I couldn't tell it was him being thrown at the camera. But as she's supposed to be posessed by a demon, ending #1 is better, in most ways. I like when she smiles AND it has more SHOCK value.

Ending #2 had its good points tho. It was certainly creepy and all. But for shock & surprise #1 is the better ending. Yes?

So I watched Paranormal Activity. I saw both endings - and I have to say that the one with Micah being thrown was definitely more of a thriller,and I personally like adding in that "demonic" touch to Katie. I was expecting an ending like that ever since she first woke up and stared at Micah for hours.

Also, there is supposed to be one more ending where Katie walks up to the camera, with the knife in hand, and slices her own throat.

my friend seen Paranormal Activity and she woke up screaming in the middle of the night but we found out she had a bad cramp in her leg??!! lol she thought it was the DEMON getting her. lmfao haha
