Step 1:Go to the bridge.

Step 2:Go under the bridge.

Step 3:Crawl Right under.

Step 4:Web Zip your way to a platform that holds the bridge up.

Step 5:Web Zip two times at the platform.

Step 6:You are inside the platform/bridge!

That happens in Spiderman 2 as well. Except you have to get run over by a train while doing a Challenge for this to happen. Looks like the designers didn't notice this glitch in Spiderman 2 so it was left unchecked in this one too. LOL!
