This plan will never work. It is a Trickle-Down plan that failed with Reagan. Why not a Trickle-Up plan that gives money to work class people to spend. Then the rich will benefit. Obama's plan gives money to the rich with the hope they will spend it and thus help the working class. It is trickle-down and it will FAIL !!

Well they try the magick trick that nobody should feel that they lost more then they risked (for example simple customers of washington mutal or pension fonds).

And this can't work. Some people must loose money. But they will not do this without fighting. Unfortunately the insider relationship of the rich give them a lot of possibilities while the poor can only look into the TV and get more and more angry.
