  • @rainbowcupcake411 That is a nice idea, thanks

  • I just wanted to let you know that my Grandkids stayed the night last night .. and my youngest ganddaughter asked both me & her Mom's friend to make ( and she had no idea what she was asking for .. lol ) the Peanut Butter Eggs .. so guess what I am doing .. Getting ready to make the eggs with the kids. =)I couldn't find the recipe in my folder from Easter .. so had to look it up again. But . these eggs are LOVED by my granddaughter. =)

  • @Tresisme1 I love that people are making these with family, thanks for letting me know. :)

  • Recipe***

  • @Sisters4EverABNR Thank you

  • @pokemonlover781 Thanks! :)

  • I love your vids Yoyomax please make more, for a birthday or a special occasion??

  • Wow...these are great. Thank you so much for all your videos!!!

  • @Mariboy2008 You are welcome, thanks for stopping by!

  • oh thank goodness! I'm pregnant and crave reese eggs regularly...good to know I can make my own version of them whenever I get the craving and can no longer find them in stores!

  • @meighantosten These are a lot like the Reese version (except for texture maybe) Enjoy!

  • hey..how did you make the green zigzag thing?

  • @learningcakes It is paper Easter grass I bought from a store in a bag

  • YUM!

I made these and they are a huge hit in my house!

one thing was that the dough was really crumbly, and kind of hard to make the egg shapes, but other than that it was a really simple, fun recepie!

Just one question-- my sisters are coming home in just over a week, if i keep them in the fridge will they still be good when they come home? (i made them last night)

  • @DangerousDani4Ever They should be fine after a week, but you could also put them in the freezer and take them out a few hours before they are scheduled to arrive.

  • Yum!

  • @olive7999 Thanks! :)

  • can i add chocolate powder instead of peanut butter ?

  • @ventus102 No, the peanut butter gives them some moisture and helps hold things together

  • I made these last night and they were so Yummy! My 'dough' didn't come out like yours, mine was crumbly. But it was still great after I chilled it.

  • @drkangel762 Glad you figured out how to fix the problem. :)

  • I just finished making my eggs and they're on the fridge now :)

they're looking good! ^____^ Thanks for this!

  • @Franzieme Hope they turned out okay!

  • OMG I am two days late. 3338 views and 154 likes. You go girl lol

I like those little tongs. So cute & easy to pull things out.

I know everyone in my family, myself included, that would LOVE this. Final pics--AWESOME!

  • @silverscreamgrl After paying something like $5-6 for a pack of three of those plastic tools (one has already broken) someone has told me in the comments they have made their own by breaking of the center tines of a plastic fork! Instant tool!

You can tell that I haven't made a vid in a week and that people are off and looking for homemade recipes for Easter = lots of views. Kind of like pre Xmas time.

  • Ah this would have been good for cake pops too! almost too late now for easter though :(

  • @AliGaterProductions I don't know how well the dough would have held a sucker stick, but I may give this a try at Xmas time!

  • Peanut butter and chocolate? As if that isn't enough to get you, throw in the graham crackers and you have a S'more in an Easter egg. How can I NOT make these? LOL

  • @anmoose :) thanks for stopping by John. (I don't think they are technically smores without the marshmallows ;)

  • can i use normal sugar

  • @spartanrc14 You could try, put the texture might be a little grainy.

  • can i use fine granulated sugar instead?

  • @dancingstar302 You could try, put the texture might be a little grainy.

  • I just made these and they are great! However... for the mixture I had to add some water but other than that great! AND our Easter will be full of Chocolate Eggs! <3 from the UK

  • @KindleFamily I'm glad you improvised and came up with a solution! I find there is a lot of difference in the amount of oil or stickiness in different brands of peanut butter. I think that this makes a difference to the mix for sure

  • i made these last night and took them to work today and shared. everyone in the family and at work loved them! i vlogged a little bit about making them in my video that will go up tonight. i will for sure be looking at some more things you have made to try them myself! thanks for sharing!

  • i am gonna make these tonight. yummy!

  • @rach85256 Great! hope they turned out ok

  • @yoyomax12 The first time i omitted the vanilla because i didn't have it and they were GREAAAAAAAAT! The 2nd go round I added the vanilla and it seemed extra moist and greasy it was kind of weird. I don't know, they tasted great without it so next time I don't think I will add the vanilla.

  • i made these tonight with my mama, they are yummy, thanks for the video

    !!!! :o)

  • @brilliantbrunette009 You are welcome! Happy you found the video usefull.

  • Will milk chocolate work as well?

  • You always have such great ideas!! I'm not very creative, so I really enjoy your channel. Thanks so much! :) Happy Easter

  • @lakegirl645 I get all my ideas from books, TV and/or the internet, so I don't feel all that creative, but thanks anyway, lol.

  • These look delish! Unfortunately, I don't have the time to make them this year, but I'll definitely have to give them a try for next year.

  • @Neferkit These are good any time of year! :)

  • ok did this and loved it (it was gone the frist day:D) and i'm going to make agein for easter tomarrow:D thank you<3

  • @lunarfox689 Happy you enjoyed the video and the eggs!

  • Nice! they do look good. I made a tool like that after your christmas videos - just broke out the inner two tines on a couple of plastic forks. Not too bad really. This was a good video and I especially loved the photos at the end - very nice.

  • @thizizliz Plastic fork!!! Why didn't I think of that? It would have saved me money! The plastic tools I bought are pretty flimsy, at least one of the three is already broken!

  • @caramelita13 What store?

  • instead of peanut butter can i use melted chocolate ?

  • @guitrplayr98 I'm not sure if the melted chocolate will be solid enough when combined with the graham crumbs to form solid egg shapes. You may have to experiment with the amount of butter and graham crumbs to get the texture right.

  • @yoyomax12 i made them with chocolate and they were great, i covered them with white chocolate instead

  • @LilleOss123 I made something similar to macarons already called red velvet whoopie pies.

  • Happy Easter from OZ

  • @Travelfun4ever Same to you and yours :)

  • mmmmmm

  • @juicygossip28 Thanks! :)

  • omg mmmmm ... have to try those

  • @CatsCloudWatching They are yummy!

  • yeah,maybe...but yours look "FUN"er to eat. lol. i was wondering what they would taste like using almond bark or white chocolate, & maybe adding some food color to the white chocolate. for colored eggs. : )

  • @vkigns1 I think using the bark is a great idea

  • i was laughing when u dropped the egg it was funny

  • @3000Crystal They are slippery little buggers when they are still wet, lol

  • WHen i melted the chocolate chips it came out really dry and not smooth and melted so i added some milk now its good!! (:

  • @MsARi32 The melted shortening usually helps the chocolate get smooth, but I'm glad you found a solution to your problem :)

  • @yoyomax12 Actually the shortening was really hard to mix in idk why lol u made it look easy so yeah(:

Ps these are REALLY yummy thanks!! :D

  • @bluegreencolor Thanks!

  • @aohmann I heard you mention on your egg dyeing video that you were making bunny cupcakes and I thought "is she making mine? lol" I would love to see them.

  • @VegetarianFound No bake can be good! I try to find those for my channel as well because people do like them

  • hey this sounds simple even maybe I can can make these I have to try wish me luck

  • @Dolphindream15 They are a bit messy, but aren't hard to do, good luck!

  • omg i used to have those measuring cups growing up!

  • @Kizunanii :) ! I found them at a second hand store many years ago

  • what can i use besides peanut butter in this recipe? i can't have nutella or almond butter or anything (allergies)

  • @vaehxo This really isn't the recipe for you, the peanut butter is a main ingredient. I can't think of anything else to replace it with though, sorry. Maybe someone reading these comments with have a suggestion for you.

  • This looks delicious! I love your recipes!

  • @Xtodaz22 Thanks! :)

  • I've been eating the Reese's eggs. These look good, and no baking, so I could make them!

    Happy Easter, Tammy!!

  • @NewBoi1980 No baking! These do taste a bit like Reeses

  • what size is your silpat? i want to get one but so far the only one i have come accross is smallish and yours looks to be the right size i would want.

  • @nay1134 It is approx. 18" x 12"

  • Yummy!!

  • @pjspassions Thanks! :)

  • Hi,

    I really enjoyed this video.

So you never bake them, right?

    Thanks

    Tobie2

  • @Tobie2 Hello! Nice to see you and your hair on my comment page. No bake! They are easy but messy to make :)

  • @yoyomax12 Ok I have bought all the ingredients and I will be attempting them tomorrow night. Thank you again!

  • Very nice. Might try to do these this weekend. I always use graham cracker crumbs in the peanut butter balls I make.

  • @AFateSoTwisted I prefer the graham crackers now and will be using them at Xmas time for sure :)

  • Great! Just made some with my kids and they love them. They remind me of resees cups which they don't have here in Italy.

  • @AZA417 Glad you liked them! They do taste a bit like Reeses PB cups :)

  • I just wanted to say thanks for the recipe! I made these this morning, and they are a hit so far. I cut the sugar in half though, I don't like things too sweet, and it came out great, with more peanut buttery flavour.

  • @cmt869 I think cutting the sugar in half is a fantastic idea! I found these good, but very very sweet. :)

  • Guess what I'm making today!!!!

  • @KindleFamily Good! I hope they turn out well for you :)

  • Okay Tammy I just gained 5 pounds watching this video...okay well maybe it was the Oreos I ate while watching it. Hmmm not sure, but there could be a connection there. I'll ponder it!

I can't wait till I have a bigger kitchen and I can do some cooking and maybe some baking. Then I can try all these recipes that you and Beth put up!

    HUGS!

  • @AmethystButterflyGrl I"m sure the Oreos had nothing to do with any weight gain, my videos are very fattening, lol.

  • Nice. I have to say that Pat and I fight over the peanut butter balls at Christmas. No. That is a bit of a lie. When I open the box, I take them out and hide them. Do you see ??? That way I SAVE us from fighting. He's just disappointed you didn't send the balls at Christmas, and (of course) I have to agree with him. Then, he mutters about the peanut butter and chocolate until the box is empty. ((sigh))

  • @popparoc46 LOLOLOL Roc, you are fiendishly wonderful! I love you!

  • @AmethystButterflyGrl heh heh heh

  • @popparoc46 I think that ensuring that marital harmony continues to exist in your household is very admirable ;)

  • @yoyomax12 haw haw haw - you made me laugh.

  • i love this so cute of my nieces now i need to my mom so get the stuff to make this:D wish me luck lol

  • @lunarfox689 Good luck! These are fun to make and you can eat them even if they don't turn out well, lol

  • They look really yummy, thanx for sharing!

  • @Meisjeee33 Thanks for watching!

  • Thank you! My girls will be happily surprised this Easter!

  • @ndlz1 You are welcome, thanks for watching!

I don't celebrate easter but i want to make these!

  • @piimpet4 Chocolate eggs are good for any reason! lol. Thanks for watching

  • you are so awesome i love your vids nice work keep it up cause u have potential.

i feel like some Peanut Butter Easter Eggs lol.

  • @KaOs0r4nG3 Thanks for the kind comment!

  • This is the first video that i see from you and I just love it.. you are great

  • @ChayrelM Welcome to my channel and thanks for watching (and commenting) I appreciate it

  • @aznillyxx Thanks! :)

  • i have had that recipe in bar form. but the easter egg shapes look sooo good, & cute. thanks for sharing your recipes. happy easter to you & your family. : )

  • @vkigns1 These would be easier in bar form for sure, lol.

  • This was just added to my Make for Easter List =) So my family will be eating these Sunday Tammy .. Thanks once again =D Happy Easter

  • @Tresisme1 Happy Easter!

  • I'm learning to cook for my new husband because of you!!! =D thank you so much!!!

  • @sooperbits Glad to hear it! Thanks for watching. :)

  • I saw these on facebook and have been looking for the vid since. They are really easy, surprisingly. I thought they would entail a lot of work. Look just great Tammy! Happy Easter!!!!

  • @wildheart5 Not that much work, but messy, with a good sized clean up effort.

  • they look yummy

  • @kitty172008 Thanks! :)

  • Yeah these are nice but I was wondering about the graham cracker crumbs. It doesn't give the egg a gritty texture? It looks smooth on the inside. Looks yummy as usual girl. Hugs!

  • @imperceptibleme They are not gritty at all inside. I think they soften with the peanut butter moisture.

  • My MOM has those geese measuring cups!!!!!!!!!!

  • @AnechkaK7 :) !

  • I've scratched a few glass bowls with beaters, great idea to put a coating on them. These eggs sound yummy, I like the idea that no baking is needed.

  • @ArgentineShamrock I don't know how long the coating with last, but they are a lot quieter

  • they look good!thanx!what is that white fork like thing you used to dip in the chocolate?it makes it easier!

  • @meluvchris418 I bought it at a candy supply store (and bulk food store called Bulk Barn)

  • these are really cute and look really good...seems like the center would have a soft consistancy ...thanks for sharing =) ...of course now i have to share on fb;-)

  • @renee7aw The center is a bit soft, kind of like a peanut butter cup texture

  • Umm i was just wondering is there any subsitute for the peanut butter, most of my family is allergic to it, but i really want to serve this for Easter. Thanks!!

  • @Miny351 cashewnut butter? do you have a special section in your grocery store?. cashew nuts an peanuts arent n the same family hope this helps

  • @Miny351 cashew nut butter, found in the gluten free/ organic or special part of the grocery store. peanuts are not part of the cashew family?

  • @Miny351 You need something wet and sticky like peanut butter, I'm at a loss of what you could use. Unless you make cake pops instead and shape those into egg shapes.

  • I made some Easter cupcakes and I want to send you a picture of them. I made the cupcakes blue and purple and then frosted with white frosting and rolled the top into toasted coconut. Then I put little chocolate eggs on top. They are really cute. You should make them :)

  • @itsbettinaaa I would like to see the photos! If you want you can send them to me at yoyomax12(at)gmail(dot)com

  • This is almost the same recipe as my peanut butter balls at Christmas, I never thought of making them into eggs. Great job! TFS

  • @beckwhitty You are welcome! My PB balls at Christmas use rice krispy cereal instead of graham crackers.
