Hey maskerade you should mixdown or bounce inside of sonar. Send everything to a Aux track set up your mastering chain then to audio track and actually bounce inside sonar then u can export the file as wav 16 as much as u need in seconds.

Boost 11 is a normalizer/limiter. The normalization boosts volumes by how many decibles you like up to the limiter cut off. A compressor does the opposite, it makes the sounds higher than the threshold get squashed so the highs are more level.
