you have to do a pushup for everytime u do a burpie so its done prison style,well actually one pushup then 2 for the enxt burbie then 3, all the way up to 20-50 then do it backwards, 50,49,48 thats how its done in prison, its hellishingly exhausting ill tell u

These are called squat thrusts.

A full burpee includes a push-up and also a jump. :)

I find it the gay burpee, but this is the original way of doing it. The pushup and jump with your legs to the chest are optional, though I find them crucial.
