Love this guy. He is a very good chef. If some of you are having problems with measurements. Just watch and write down how much he uses. He uses a regular teaspoon for measuring. Very easy. 1/2 a large onion chopped and one heaping teaspoon of garlic it looks like. Experiment and have fun!

i like the egg curry when whole raw eggs are cracked in the curry and left to boil ..this makes it unique blend..and curry filled with eggs yellow mixed up..salts should be added last if you need the coocking to be  faster that is because the salt reduces the boiling point of water and hence delay the coccking or baking
