im gona try this, coz i got constant popping sound and cant get rid of it (stops when i reinstall and then comes back), just came sudenly, i hope hardware is still ok, but creative really sucks at software, i would slap some of theirs programmer right now if i could bcz of all the trouble ive been trough

This card has caused more problems than all Windows errors combined world wide.
Just a lot of driver issues. It hasn't been until now, recently, that creative has been providing decent vista drivers. But even know, their drivers are pretty terrible and their cards are poorly made. I've heard the Asus cards are good and also the Razer. If you're doing actual recording, i would suggest HT|Omega
yea creative do suck, not because of their hardware, they make really good hardware, but because there drivers SUCK, makes them a bad company, i will never buy from creative again, bad experience with my creative audigy value and to think i was going to buy a $200 XFI, that would of been a waste of cash, ill just look around for a better sound card company lol

if you on Vista/W7 better get modded drivers by Daniel_K. You'll get all those features that the XP driver has.
