Has nothing to do with that. Rockman was a trademarked held by a company named Scholz R&D, Inc. for an series of amplifiers. Since we don't use the name Rockman as the name of the protagonist through the meteverse, it wouldn't make sense to use the command "Rock On!" Since Mega On! just sounds awful, I think the "M.E.G.A. System" and "Megamerge" work just fine.
