The song is about a severe obsession with a girl, claiming how empty he feels without her, which leads to him asking something along the lines of "why do killers exist? is it because love hasn't been fulfilled?", and so once his obsession is pushed over the edge by her rejecting his (rather creepy) shows of affection, he kills her, making her only his. Imo, to understand, you need to know the lyrics and the video, so meh.
