Don't track your knees in and work on your flexibility to go lower. Otherwise, great job.

Hey, his technique is pretty good. I personally avoid squats and have found little difference in gains using leg extensions.

BADDDDD!!!! U DONT LOWER YOUR BACK. keep it straight all the way down. ur pretty much lifting with your back. u can injure urself pretty badly. the point of doing the squat is to strengthen ur legs bro.
