Only get his phone if it is on a special and that is all you can afford or you don't need to a lot of features. For what is does, it's not a bad phone and a good battery life.

If you want a lot of features, go with a touch phone and spend a little more (depending on phone).

One obvious negative : the alarms will not activate on WinMobile platform when the phone is switched off unlike Sony Ericsson's. Which means if you switch off at night, there will be no morning call alarm to wake you from your sleep. Microsoft needs to do more for such a critical function of a cell-phone.

I have the Q9m and I love it. It is sleek and it is pretty reliable for me. It really depends on what you need. The Q9m doesn't have built in wifi (you have to buy a separate minisd wifi card). The Ozone doesn't have a dedicated headphone jack (you have to use the supplied adapter in the miniusb) but it does have wifi. Both phones are good and are about the same size. I would recommend the Q but that is just because I love Moto Q's
