  • Don't do this drill wearing spikes no matter what, your foot would get stuck in the ground and there'd be a huge shearing force on your knee. And you don't want your cruciates done. Also change the title of the video, i don't think Brazilian people would enjoy being called twits!

  • hieros! armarda com martelo rodado....you need to improve your coordination, let the arms relax and move freely. check out capoeira techniques of the armada, martelo rodado or meialua de frente kicks and pay attention to the switching movements of the arms....very important for correct balance.

I like this and many of you other exercises but this although very good exercise is actually quite dangerous .. i have just completed the london Triathlon and was meant to be doing the Barcelona one this weekend .. but i tried this ex a month ago and since then i cant run or train legs!

  • I did this the other day with my athletes and they really enjoyed the challenge and it killed the hips. A great drill to break up the daily grind.
