Filming is pretty poor, editing is very bad, with a more skilled camera man and editor it would have been a lot better than it actually is, get a tripod for the camera.

When editing a single camera video you need to make sure it feels consistent, this video clearly has moments where you are clearly stopped at the beginning of clips, when filming individual scenes run into them, then editing it will be easier and it'll look smooth and consistent throughout the video.
