im a huge animal lover but unfortunately this kind of behavior is totally normal where this guy is from, in fact its sad to say but it is encouraged a lot of the time :/ and no, these snakes are not defanged and this snake is most likely very dangerous, but these people do this every other day they build up imunities to the toxins produced by the snake bites, nobody is completely immune so sooner or later he will get what he deserves :D by the way he probably lost his finger after this :)
