@JuggernautJournalist wow youre so wrong, entrapment is when the police attempt to persuade you into breaking the law..and a ticket? not! driving 130mph can get you attempted man slaughter ane no more license, england or u.s.
I'm surprised that bike kept up with that sexy R34 GTR. Haha his "pull over" sounded just annoyed. If this was in north America it would be guns drawn and screaming "get the fuck out of the car or I will blow your fucking head off!"
@ben91909 Ya im not a kid. And doesnt the UK use heavy BMW bikes? Bikes that would have tons of equipment on them? And usually with chases going up to 150mph, the cop on the bike would let off, knowing it isnt worth dying to catch a speeder. The cops here (in cars) stop chasing you if you hit 100mph I heard, just to diminish the chances of a fatal crash.
The street racer's legal defense is EASY: If his driving was truly reckless, i.e an immediate risk to public safety, than the undercover should have attempted 2pull him over instead of following him waiting for things to get worse, i.e. entrapment. Also, the blue car speeds the whole way & performs 1 illegal lane change before hitting the 1st roundabout, but other than that there's really nothing else (no tailgating, near accidents, cutting people off, etc) so at best its just 2 traffic tickets.
Typical slimy unmarked bike. The officer in question could have easily initiated a traffic stop sooner than he did, even flashing his headlights if his vehicle was not equipped with "blues and twos." But no, let's prolong the danger to the motoring public by giving it the big 'un instead!
