what if all the versions of creative wizard don't work. Then you're screwed. Like me. None worked for me...or it just said to connect player to pc when in reality its already connected....or it says dll missing and crap. Really frustrating tbh. :(

Try Update you'r zen with creative update wizard and before You do that go turn your player on holding play/pause button at same time that will take you to secret menu and there you can remove old bad firmware. Ps. Do backup or will happen same as me I formated my player and all my music has gone...

It's not that easy. Your firmware still looked the same, I tryed a different firmware on my zen and It did Nothing!

I own a creative zen 4GB model.

How do I get those firmware themes on it?
