    Definitely not my main thing. Or remotely close. As I've said a while back, I posted this vid initially to get the advice of a competitive lifter on my technique. Or lack of.

  • @timbahwolf your bending your elbows,your hips are to far back you got to bring them in, the equipment is not the best you got their for weight lifting,you can use any old shit for body building but not for this stuff, i will upload some weight lifting videos on soon.

  • this is koo and all but do you know when world war 2 started? when germany was defeated, when japan was defeated. do you know the guy who's ruining libya right now? those muscles are all koo and all, but once you work on the muscle thats controling all of those, the brain, then that makes you a very strong individual.

  • I'm really NOT BRAGGING, but what he's doing isn't amazing!!! I can lift MORE than this guy and I am NOT JUICING!!! The man is impressive because he's sculpted his body through hard work and dedication into a work of art! I can outlift this dude but I do not look even remotely like this guy...why? He lifts AND eats well. When all of do the same we can ALL look this good. Till then, give the man his credit and don't hate on him. For his admirers (including me), it all starts with a dream!

  • @SmallTownBoyTv aha I think you're the idiot. The power snatch does not belong to the sport of powerlifting but rather olympic weightlifting.

    Technique: I would say you need accelerate the bar faster as it approaches the hips, once it reaches the hips, explode and snap them forward. Let the bar glide upward in a straight path and above to lockout. Focus on triple extension.

  • @timbahwolf Hey Timbah awesome stuff man, some longer vids would be cool just of diet or showing us what you eat...I was wondering if you would say it's the nutrition or type of workouts that put on mass? For instance, lifting heavy on a began diet and having fruits and veggies post workout would that build mass you think?

  • Basically, he's on the money: he's vaulting it up, getting under the bar, and so forth. And clearly, the man is weilding a musculaly dense physique that is at home with the lift. I'll bet he's even better now.

  • strong but technique is completely wrong...youre pulling the bar with your arms...you should explode upwards with your legs, hips and a violent shrugging motion....the bar will is vaulted overhead automatically...then dip under it.....

  • well you obviously dont know anything about weighlifting. its not the book jockeys who from general study class invented the weightlifting technique but elite athletes who snatch and clean over 200kg...something youll never achieve in your lifetime...

    if you got this guy to attempt a snatch with some impressive poundage he wouldnt even hoist the weight let alone complete the lift...lets just say that he got his body doing regular lifts mixed with a little bit of juice ;)
