  • Google the "Inuit Paradox". A diet that consists of nearly all animal products. Lowest health problem rate of any culture on earth.

  • kinda of a childish video. i'm more annoyed by this video than actually informed. weird.

  • Omg ur so pretty... mmmmua!!!

  • those clif bars are full of chemicals!

  • Or you can get 27 grams out of a mere 4 oz chicken breast.

  • @1991Hatcher ...As well as colon cancer!! Sorry, had to do it. Had to. It's the vegan in me. I apologize.

  • Proteins come from amino acids, which are found in all plant matter. It's not like when you eat a hamburger, your body can just use the proteins as is. They have to be broken down into amino acids and reassembled. So plant foods are actually a more efficient way of building protein. The problem for vegans is getting complete proteins (i.e. getting the 10 essential amino acids in their diet) which is not difficult at all if you're eating a diverse diet.

  • Proteins have to be complete to be used to build muscles and all, or else they're just energy!

  • i want to marry yooooooouuuu x

  • I like you.. (: hahah

  • Yeah, you go girl!

  • People that spread the protein myth are ignorant of chemistry and doesn't know what protein is.

  • So, as a vegan, how many calories do u have to consume to get a decent to good source of protein from vegan diet. If you know any science this is kinda hard to believe. In short how much calories would I have to consume. To get the recommended amount of protein daily?

  • You`re a great example of how eating a natural, vegan diet is sexy!

  • My God, you`re sexy!! You`re one of the best examples of why a vegan diet IS optimal!

  • loved your voice changes :) :) :)

  • what if I lift weights and train boxing where does the vigan stuff gotta say about my way of life? pls tell me I think to try out this vegan shit

  • @ivoandsumi so dude from what plant based protein sources do you get your protein , because animal protein can't be compared with plant based protein ,

if you give me some good sources i go vegan right now :))

  • @je187u "so dude from what plant based protein sources do you get your protein" Nuts, beans, seeds, and wheat you idiot.

  • Perhaps it is best not to spread the B12 myth, specially on yt where ignorance is prevalent. B12 is not as important as you think.

  • Great video!.

  • Why didn't she pick up fruit? That is packed with amino acids. The exact same you will find in meat. We also don't need all that much.

  • Plants have protein? No... no... noooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Nutritional facts are lies!

  • Wow, you seem so happy. It's as if your diet is actually satisfying, fulfilling, and non-stressful like everyone seems to think.

  • You are so awesome!!! Thank you for this video!

  • im hispanic, so we eventually eat alot of beans, lol, and what my family as well as many other people do, is that they boil a big pot of pinto beans with a little union and garlic for some flavor, and you can store the pot in the frig and they will last A LONG TIME before they go bad, just a suggestion!! go veganism !!

  • Loved the video!!!!!!!

  • most vegans don't take pills

  • Well duh everything has protein....the question isn't about the protein....it's about the KIND of protein....about whether a plant source contains certain essential amino acids....the building blocks of proteins. And no...every protein source does NOT contain every essential amino acid.....and even LESS plant sources naturally contain said amino acids in the same amount that meat does. I can't even name on one hand how many plant sources contain all 9 essential amino acids (maybe quinoa).

    .

  • @Yuri92001 I don't know anyone that eats only one type of food at a time to acquire a complete protein. Usually in Western societies we eat two or more foods, thus creating a complementary protein in the process, one which contains all necessary AAAs. you?.

  • @Yuri92001 Continue. Because the human body creates in abundance most of the AAAs needed-our body gets all but 1/6 of the protein it needs from recycling old body tissue. We, human physiologists and biochemists believe, and since the late 70's, that there are only 10 AAAs needed. The soybean contains all essential AAAs. Although I will never eat just a soy bean.

  • Here`s something that`s not a myth; Where do you get your vitamins and fatty acids if not in meat? Pills.

And then vegans pretend that you don`t need meat to live. Hey, going by that logic you don`t need veggies either! Just pop a couple dozen pills a day and you`re all set! You`ll look like you have aids in ten years but it`s all good.

I`ve yet to meet a vegan that was a teenage girl or an old feminist. Soy also has nasty side effects on men (ex:infertility) What do you have to say to that?

  • @coolbones I say you need to open your mind and read more... ;-)

  • @coolbones You couldn't be less well-informed, cb! If you eat a well balanced vegan diet, supplements are not necessary . . . with the exception B-12 perhaps, but even that can be addressed with fortified grains. Do you think a diet of animal and animal products contain everything you need nutritionally? C'mon! And the "nasty side-effects" of soy? That myth was dispelled a long time ago. Looks like someone hasn't kept on on THEIR reading, hmmm?

  • @phoebesfreckledfiona, There are some positives and negatives of soy. I personally consume So Nice soy drink from organic soy beans with no GMO. It's got B12 fortification among other things.

The information should be used to encourage better nutrition, not as a tool to "debunk" veganism; hence, we get haters like the one you're replying to.

  • @coolbones, A book on nutrition would do you right. Go easy on making things up too while you're at it.

  • @coolbones, Here are some vegans that aren't teenage girls or old feminists:

    George Laraque

    Mac Danzig

    Carl Lewis

    Scott Jurek

    Robert Cheek

    Noah Hannibal

Don't believe me? Look them up and tell me how girly they are.

  • @LloydChristmas777

all these people are little girls compared to the likes of jay cutler and ronnie coleman.

you have succeeded at proving nothing. good job.

  • Plastic yumyum

  • your energy bar is full of high glycemic index sugar=bad (unless you're doing a long term very intense physical activity which is not common to most of the people), quinoa is amazing... you have amazing eyes btw, save your money stop using make up. Do some research, a lot of the make up products contain toxic stuffs including heavy metals.

  • you guys should read Brendan Brazier's Thrive Fitness if you haven't.

  • if she wasn't pretty and lovable I would have given her a red thumb for sure !

  • Hey! I hate to ask this but weren't you on What Not to Wear? :) Love this vid too! I got bombarded with this question over the holidays by my family! Ugh. They told me I really needed to be eating meat or I could get sick.

  • luv ur personality!!

  • You only need 10 percent of your cals to come from protein

  • @newtofruit actually 2.5% but it is impossible to get that unless you undereat. =)

  • Finally. OMG FINALLY. A video of a woman... In the kitchen.... There is a god, and this miracle came on Christmas day.

  • oh, pretty vegan girls... le sigh...

  • Carbohydrate overloaaaaaaad

  • @heatherawrful Human beings run off carbs, stop listening to diet programs. Drop meat and dairy, you'll see, you can have all the carbs in the world.

  • @canascot02 I agree. I am 3 weeks off meat and do plenty if veggies, nuts, fruits, greek yogurt, egg whites, avocado, whey (I know I included dairy, but a little bit of dairy never hurt anyone)... and I feel 10x better than cramming chicken breast like I used to. My blood sugar is always constant/stabilized and my food cravings have subsided.

  • Eating no meat would not give me enough protein. That's for sure,

  • @clergame You need 2.5% of protein of total calories, which is impossible not to get.. so if you don`t get enough protein, eat more food.. you need 3000 calories as a minimum.. 10 grams of carbs pr kilo weight, will give you more than enough protein.

  • @clergameyour Vegan bodybuilder gonna have difficulty to mobilize fat as energy as they need carnitine supplement to compensate the lack in meatless diet. You'll need taurine, carnosine in supplement as well to be complete in amino acids. B12, zinc, iron. More vitamin C is going to help for the assimilation of vegetal iron though. If you're only in endurance, holistic exercises and sport ignore this message : )

  • For anyone who doesn't strength train regularly, you're more at risk of getting too much protein. If you get more protein than your body can use, it will simply turn it to fat and store it on your body.

Also iron overload is a big concern for males. Men do not need as much iron as women do, yet on average they get MORE and it causes all kinds of health problems. Any mineral overload is bad really.

  • How about don't answer them and move on!

  • You've got to think on aminoacids profiles actually, how to get all your essential aminoacids on a daily basis. Of course it is not hard, but still it something you must put some thought into. Also about comparing the animals eating grass and getting muscular is kinda silly, because their metabolism is diferent than ours. I am vegetarian by the way. The main concern about it, is being b12 deficiency.

  • you're so preety omg !!!

  • Yes, i have in fact meant protein deficient people....? Oh did you not want an answer?

  • Comparing human diet to animal diet is silly. If your going to make the case about elephants and other herbivores being strong and beefy. Then I would point out that the Carnivores of earth are the swiftest animals on the planet, not to mention the deadliest, and of course their main diet is meat. There has never been a history of man not having animal protein in his diet. Never. So your going into uncharted territory. Which is as risky as consuming large amounts of meat in my opinion.

  • @tiberiousss Carnivors animals NEED to eat meat to survive. We don't, not anymore. Dot to the line.

  • @tiberiousss Actually, you are incorrect about man historically always having animal protein in his diet. Do a little research. Also, it makes perfect sense to compare the diets. More sense that arguing somehow that being "swift and deadly" is a good thing. As for "uncharted territory"... again, do your research. You're a couple thousand years off.

  • good video!!!

  • 40-70 grams if you're inactive. No athlete ever thrived off of that though.

  • You're absolutely right, everything contains a bit of protein (although I'm sure some fruit doesn't). Protein deficiency is extremely rare. I've never heard of anyone getting it EVER. :-D It's a crazy question really. I love nuts, seeds, and hummus - They're where I get the most my protein (although I love quinoa, oats, and beans too).

  • As flesh eaters, you are more likely to die or heart attack or stroke than all other illnesses combined. Your odds, if you consume rotting animals and their disease by products, of premature death by heart attack or stroke is 1 in 2, that's 50/50! I don't like to flip a coin with my life, my health, my wellness. I don't torture animals and I don't poison my body.

  • 40-70g a day? sure if you don't do anything all day. People who work a physical job or people who are athletes need more than that. This kind of diet might work for you but for much of the working class, it is extremely difficult to do without eating meat.

  • kwashiorkor is a pretty common protein deficient state of starvation that occurs in underdeveloped countries when there is sufficient consumption of calories, but insufficient protein. Protein deficiencies in the USA are more often as a result of a genetic issue, but not exclusively. B12 is another story...

  • I love the fact that you speak with a smile. :-) You're speaking to people, not at them. Very Kool.

  • love your video and you are adorable!

  • just starting out great vid ive bought every bean on the planet :)

  • @PUFFEDUPUSS Welcome! That's awesome! I have been vegan for over a year and vegetarian 2 years before and it just gets better and better. Could not imagine going back to the stank and rots, cruelty and lies of the old life. Watch Earthlings if you haven't. Great motivator to know that you are 100% on the right path!

I have a whole bag of pintos soaking right now. I eat raw all day, then cooked beans, rice, stir fry, vegan stews at night.

Check out vegwebDOTcom for 15K vegan recipes!

  • i will stick with meat, but you are hot

  • @mjb9982 right on!

  • eat enough calories, get all your vitamins and minerals, and as long as you satisfy some amount of amino acids, your good to go lol. really depends on what your trying to accomplish. what would one eat to improve blood circulation, athletic performance, libido, and energy levels?

  • I was vegan for over a year, but I was hospitalized on two occasions due to malnourishment.

I believed that my diet was healthy, but due to a lack of nutrients, I was down to nearly 110 pounds on my 5 foot 7 frame, and I would pass out due electrolyte imbalance.

While I believe there is a potential for a heathy vegan lifestyle, it is extremely difficult.

  • @Politicallyactive101 pffft sounds like someone needed to actually eat :P

  • @Politicallyactive101 Nope, not difficult at all. It is the most natural thing you can ever do. You need to eat. Don't starve yourself. That is a omnivore way of thinking. Eat, eat, eat, and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. Perhaps experiement more, with the foods that make you feel the best.

Most folks with nutrient deficiencies are in fact flesh eaters. The overwhelming majority are. That is just a fact. Tons of nutrients in fruits and veggies. <3 me some vegan food!!

    Peace.

  • "It's virtually impossible to be protein deficient if you're consuming enough calories"

This is really a serious missunderstanding of basic nutrition. Calories come from sugars and carbohidrates, and they give you ENERGY not protein. It is true that proteins are found everywhere, but things are not that simple . There is not one THING called protein. You cannot obtain good quality protein from fruit or veggies unless you know WHAT to mix. Read a little about it, or ask a nutritionist!

  • @lmerlo72 Your body doesnt use protein, it uses amino acids. When u eat animals, ur body has to break down the protein in2 amino acids 1st b4 it can use them. Fruits&Veggies contain ALL the amino acids. U only need between 5-10% of total calories as protein. Its IMPOSSIBLE to b protein deficient if your eating enough calories.

  • I am a vegetarian and I so love your video! oh and may I say you look really great :)

  • did you just leave a funeral? whats with the vail

  • Wait?? Is this Sunny from "What not to wear"? The one with always wore butterfly wings?

  • Sugar, sugar, sugar, away your pancreas goes down the drain.

  • I am a low fat raw vegan, subsisting on raw fruits and vegetables only, and I have no protein problems.

The key statement is: "You have to be calorie-deficient to be protein-deficient."

    This video is awesome, hahahaha.

  • Great videoVeganism rules

  • Lol! What a fun video! :)

  • where do you get your b12 though? i'm a vegan btw before i get a load of shit

  • omg you held up all my favorite foods, <3

thanks for this video i'm sick of meat eaters arguments saying its for protein

  • @PETA2TV

"It's virtually impossible to be protein deficient if you're consuming enough calories"

But since humans can't digest plant fiber, and since most plant protein is locked in that fiber, it's impossible to obtain any protein from plants. So basically, you can eat literally one metric ton of plants, you still won't get enough protein.

It's not how much it contains, it's how much you can absorb from it.

  • When FDA for example decides what is minimum required of whatever, the research is based on group of individuals in the western world consuming the ''western diet''. This tell us only how this individuals compare. This "minimum" in lets say Asian countries looks very different - far below the minimum in the west yet Asians are more healthy!?! Protein- it may be that you need 100 times less than minimum recommended, B12,D and so on and so on? Nobody established the true minimum of anything yet!

  • have it for breakfast shiiit.

  • you go girl!

  • double check the vitamin D in that TJ's soy protein powder......(hint: not vegan)

  • First vegan I've seen that isn't just angry or mad at something or just look miserable lol she looks happy ^_^

  • Wow! Yur sooo pertty that everything u say must bee tru! >.>

  • i bet vegans fart a lot

due to the fact that they eat lots of beans

  • @kilkolio Beans have never made me fart....people that usually fart from beans can't handle the fiber lol!

  • Yes good point but you failed to mention the quality of protein. I am a vegan. And I have to admit that whey the biproduct of milk and egg and meat are the best quality proteins.

  • love you

  • I love this video. Please check out my channel and subscribe.

  • You show us all processed food....good luck with that!

  • @LisaM20006 steel cut oatmeal? quinoa? everything else she listed w/out showing? those aren't processed

  • I actually never worry about getting protein because everything you buy has it in it. I just eat food and don't think about it.

  • your so pretty!!!

  • Most of the foods she listed have hardly any protein in them LOL and the foods she showed us... what about natural foods that aren't in packets?

  • @SebbeSucksBawlz so it isn't natural because it's packaged? riiiiight. But i'll answer anyway, nuts, pulses, legumes, lentils milk and cheese are all good sources of protein.

  • YOU ARE SO DAMN CUTE! LOVE THIS VID

  • Things*

  • We do have vegan athletes, I think its time we all respect people's decisions to live and eat differently. If people picked up a book once in awhile they may learn somethings. :-) half of the people that argue about this meat eating business never did any research on these tgings

  • I'm not vegetarian, but have always had trepidation about eating meat. The more I learn, the more I really really want to become vegan. It is interesting that it seems like most vegans are super happy, energetic, slim and lean, and have great skin. I wish other people paid attention to this, if it were more prevalent it would feel easier to get by on a vegan diet when traveling/eating out and it wouldn't feel like 'dropping out' of tradition and culture, it'd take no effort! Still gonna tho.

  • ugh, I hate getting that question...

  • @lukethibodaux Actually beans mixed with grains, soy beans, tofu, spirulina (which has more Protein that beef) and quinoa are all COMPLETE PROTEINS. They have all our essential amino acids. Oh and there are vegan athletes, look it up.

  • I wouldn't be so worried about protein, Id be worried about low levels of l-carnosine, conjugated linolic acid, EPA, DHA, dietary cholesterol,(don't believe the govornment that it's bad for you) vitamin B12,(only properly absorbed when in meat due to acidity, not pills) and vitamin K2(which actually has a completely different job than K1, it keeps calcium out of arteries and soft tissues and puts it into bones. It's also not converted from K1 in sufficient quantities)

  • Ha. Love it!

  • Well don;t complain when your 40 and your teeth rot out of you head with no calcium and vitamin d missign dairy products. eating boil rice for every meal will do you in quicker than meats and dairy. Can't you imagine what your bones will be like when you get old...forget your missing teeth. sure...vegans do ok in their 20's ands 30's then they go fast to waste land after 40

  • @AccuracyMarked OKAY IGNORANT ONE!!! I WANT YOU TO WATCH "A DELICATE BALANCE-THE TRUTH" ONLINE (google it and watch it on the site). Also check out in parts "DIET FOR ALL REASONS" on youtube. ALSO "DIET FOR A NEW AMERICA" (read the book too!!!! AWESOME). Then eventually "FORKS OVER KNIVES" when ever it appears online. Then GET BACK to me and we'll discuss!!!! NO ADULT MAMMALS NEED MILK!!!! LET ALONE FROM ANOTHER SPECIES!!!! IT" NATURE'S LAW!!!!

  • @mrbuster1964 Nature's law? If that's your argument against drinking milk then my argument for eating meat is that Neanderthals and Cro Magnons did it, so it must be nature's law for us to do it. Obviously we are not meant to drink milk, but your "nature's law" argument is crap.

  • @AccuracyMarked

LOL where did you get that information from? Osteoporosis is caused from consuming milk and diary and too much meats. (ACID type foods cause the body to desolve the bones to get into PH balance) LOOK IT UP.

Think about it, before we consumed a lot of these products osteoporosis is unheard of. In asian countries based on rice and vegatables osteoporosis is very rare.

  • cheerleader?

  • Sure there is protine in nearly everything, but not all protine is the same, there are 8 amino acids that are essential to building our muscle tissue and proper brain function that are NOT found in your beans or oatmeal or any of that stuff. Guess where you get those other 8 amino acids ding ding ding that right MEAT! Think about it how many vegans do you see as high level professional athletes? Thats right NONE!!!

  • @lukethibodaux

There are plenty of vegan athletes man. You have the ability to search with the power of the internet and still you go making comments for which you are totally wrong. 5 seconds of research could have turned up guys like James Wilks.

  • What if you can't eat over half of the vegan protein providers because they screw up your stomach? Because that's me, honey...

Sorry ma'am, but I actually need to eat meat to survive and my doctor basically told me to not go vegetarian or vegan... besides... I like my sloppy joes. I love beans, don't get me wrong (because I know beans are the main source of protein in a Vegan diet), but I really can't eat them... or nuts... the oil in the nuts equals bad...

  • You make me smile..You're very sweet. What a good heart!

  • vitamin B12 and Folic Acid biach, where do you get it from?

  • Vegans make me laugh lol

  • yes, in everything! but in form of amino acids which are the building blocks of protein in our bodies.

  • It IS possible to become protein deficient on a vegan diet. Those who get a substantial portion of their calories from oils, sugary drinks and fruit will probably get too little protein. Furthermore, getting one's protein primarily from grains and nuts will likely lead to not getting enough of the essential amino acid lysine. So, fellow vegans, make sure that you have a generous serving of legumes every day - beans, lentils, peas, soy, garbanzos, along with grains, nuts, veggies and fruits.

  • actually, fruits and vegetables are very poor source of protein. Most of the items you mentioned were beans and wheat products.

  • omg marry me ;)

  • First off. Vegan Chilly? sense when was beans a meat. okay now that I said that, . I didn't come here to troll. I came here to learn, and I have learned something and you do make a point. anyways, I would like to thank you for not bashing omnivorous people like myself. example Kimxxxyyy, Have a nice day

  • I´m in love now

  • Beautiful Eyes..............So cool Your into protecting animals, evolved one;)

  • what about all the sugar your eating. carbohydrates = sugar. cereal? just more proof that vegans don't know what they are talking about.

  • @flatlandtom Maybe take into consideration simple vs. complex carbs. "cereal" that we all think of in the box is not the same as steel cut, barely refined oats. U can have any opinion u like nut make sure it's nominally informed.

  • @flatlandtom what about sugar? it's all about balance anyway. theres nothing wrong with sugar, in fact your body needs it. just in moderation. you know what your body doesnt need?....MEAT there is absolutly NOTHING in meat you cant get elsewhere. if im wrong i would be dead right now or at least unhealthy. which obviously i am not. i think you just proved that MEAT EATERS dont know what THEYRE talking about :D

  • @magicn3ss You're right about meat, but theres a lot wrong with sugar. I dont know what the other person said (im not gonna search for it lol). But just so people know sugar is like a poison, literally. Its almost the same thing as cocaine. It leaves toxic residues in your body (in a few different places), depletes your immune system and prevents the body from absorbing nutrients, its addictive, its been linked with many diseases, they bleach it....theres a lot, its suprising its legal lol.

  • So, there's like more than one type of protein and stuff, and herbivores have much more complex digestive systems than we do to absorb enough other elements to make their own protein. We don't have 4 stomachs and chew our cud. If you tried to each only what elephants eat, you'd have more problems than just protein deficiency. Our bodies aren't designed for that.

  • @fcsuper

Our body is not designed for meat. And besides, cooking meat makes it even harder to absorb the protein. And why do these people always use cow as an example lol... We don't eat grass, silly one. We eat fruits and vegetables! That's what our body is designed for, mostly fruit. Basic biology/human physiology. Just read 80/10/10 or any other great books on the subject.

  • @ReniLariH If that were true, we wouldn't be able to digest meat.

  • @Backtrackgaming you are somewhat able to digest meat because you cook it like a coward. try digesting raw meat like real carnivors do. you wouldnt even be able to rip the raw flesh from the bones with your flat, blunt, and short teeth. thats because we humans are born herbervors, human culture just evolved into cowards and decided to start killing other animals we share this planet with because we think we're better then them.

  • So you guys are watching this chick cause she is cute? Nice eyes? Nice smile? Nice teeth? Sexy voice? Well those make sense and not everything has protein and humans must remember that we are omnivores both vegetarian and meat for a reason. Fish has the highest percent of protein and offers Omega fats and oils good for our brain function as well as joint support but 4 legged meat does not.

  • @yetibiker08

Show me a fruit or vegetable that has no protein.

  • Biology tells us how our intestine and teeth differs with that of the goat or cow. We are by nature carnivorous and we are part of the food chain. Bigger predators eat the smaller ones including us. That's the way it works. Changing that means reinventing human anatomy and playing God. You can convince the whole world to go vegan but bigger predators will continue eating smaller ones. So why deprive ourselves with real nutriens and taste for a distorted view of "humane perception"?

  • @aljasmid

Humans are frugivores, do some research. Fruit is what our body is most suitable for.

  • @aljasmid really? so would an elepahnt hunt down and kill a kangaroo for its meat? how bout a girafe consuming a monkey? they probably could very easily but they dont because their body is not designed for it, neither our ours. once again proof that humans claim to be the most intelligent species where in really, we are the most ignorant and dumb.

  • I'd go vegan just for her WOW like

  • This video would be very amusing instead of plain old stupid if she knew that there is more than one type of protein .. :) BUT GO VEGANS , KEEP WINNING, CHARLIE SHEEN , YEAAAHHH , WINNING

    Stupid vegan whore ....

  • Daaayyuummm...... go vegan, lot's of respect.... keep winning \m/

  • love you!!!!! haha you remind me of brittany murphy a tad =D

  • steel cut oatmeals fooooooo!!! lol love it

  • @blublubbbber I have heard that sesame has got more iron than meat and lentils. I am not sure how acurate this is, but I always put sesame in my salad.

However I would also like to see an answer in this, so I learn other sources of iron too.

  • I dig that. Down with all FOOLIOS. Know what I'm sayin'? Love the vid. Keep it up!

  • What a babe! :)

  • 1 small bag of my beef jerky has 25 grams of protein. so go ahead and eat 5 different things to get the same amouth, while children of the world starve, just because you think you have some higher moral standard.

  • She's got lethal eyes, extremely cute

  • i was RAW vegan (raw foodist) and i got enough protein.. you don't need protein neccessarily, you need ENZYMES from raw fruits and vegetables and these turn into amino acids in the body... which IS protein :)

  • your awesome! subscribed <3

  • would you like to put your video on our channel too? :)))

    veggiechannel d o t c o m

  • i went vegan after this Thxx

  • i went vegan after this :3

  • is that a menorah on your fridge?

  • loved it...very cute.

  • you can't eat beans raw very well. what about raw plants? living plants. no cooking, no grains, no cereal. no rices.

  • You talk about protein (one of the amino acids from which is said they're the building blocks of life) while they ARE NOT the building blocks of life, we need MINERALS, 102 in total, from which the most important one is IRON, but here we need to be careful!! there's 2 forms; iron-oxyde which IS NOT absorbed into the body and causes constipation, we need the fluid form of iron which is ONLY present in ALKALINE plants, halve of the ones you mentioned are starch and acid based, thus poisonous!!

  • My friend use to be iron deficient and she isn't vegetarian or vegan.

  • hmm. ur hot. i am a girl dnt get offended please

  • I love you, your so funny and wise!

  • You are super pretty!

  • can you complete a incomplete protein with a complete protein or do you have to use incomplete protein ...?

  • i dont think you should be concerned about your protein intake, i think you should cut down on the LSD :D
