Hi! I am trying Polyphasic Sleep and recording all my results, and how I'm feeling. I am specifically doing the Dymaxion Sleep Schedule(2hours a day) which is every 6 hours, you sleep for 30minutes. I discuss tips that I have found out from experience that can make the experience way easier to accomplish! Sorry if you call this spam, I thought that if your watching Polyphasic Sleep videos on youtube, you might want to read about my experience as well. I feel great!
hey man, i'm trying to adapt to my recently made polyphasic sleeping schedule, its pretty hard..mine is 3am-6am(core) then 11am-11:25am(nap) then 4pm-4:25pm(nap) then 9:35pm-10pm(nap) and then back to the core. its pretty rough but i haven't overslept yet. i think it will be worth it once i actually adapt to the schedule...btw. check out my vids n subscribe n what not haha i'm trying to get more views n subscribers. i'll be sure to subscribe to yours! thanks a bunch n happy sleeping XD haha
I used to take this long to fall asleep too. If you try hard though, you can train yourself to fall asleep in a few minutes which is kind of the point of this style of sleeping.
i find the whole uberman cycle/polyphasic sleep fascinating, but i don't know if i have the willpower to break the cycle. I have a love-hate relationship with sleep if you know what i mean
hey hows life and wot are you experimenting with at the moment, how has this changed u , i been reading the sleep thing thinking of messing with my sleep patterns
This is why I'm experimenting with this aswell. sleeping away 1/3 of life seems plain wrong to me... Are you still doing polyphasic sleep? If not, why did you quit?
man's found yet another way to fuck himself !! "amazing"

All men are great in their dreams... Not taking away from what you are doing but being an insomniac myself, I would kill for a good night's sleep.

Yeah it takes me at least an hour and a half to fully fall asleep. Taking naps isnt practical for me because of this fact.
