Hi ! my first language is french so I'm kinda lost but i think I understand ! Prayer beads are like what ? i just saw your video but ... prayer beads makes me think of catholicism... could i do my own thing and practice meditation with it ? I really dont want it to have a cross i would have a pentacle at the end
@PregnantWhaleOnE Yes! A rosary is a kind of prayer bead, but other religions use different kinds of prayer beads. And yes, meditation would work very well with them!

When I use beads its for meditation. Its a great way to concentrate. I never know there were so many different uses for beads though.
