A bit of a hassle, I really wish someone would manufacture that type. Anyway, it´s a Dunlop shell medium.

Thank you, it´s just the guitar through the Rode NT2-A mic, no effects. There is a 80 Hz high-pass filter I use on the mic, to take away some "boomy" bass.

I use a little bit of nail along with the flesh. I actually look after the nails almost daily to keep them in shape. The extra brilliance and precision they can add definitely makes it worth it!
