I am so sadden by Irene Reid's passing. I can not count the number of times I saw her live performances at the Jazzmobile, and at numerous Harlmen nightclubs when they features live music on Thursday, Frday and Saturday nights. Thanks for posting this video.
I am so sorry for your loss. I remember first hearing Irene Reid in the 70's when "The World Needs What I Need "album came out...I was hooked for life. More people need to know about this wonderful artist. Thank you for posting this beautiful tribute.
