It seems I judged far too rash after hearing quite only his "Flight of the Bumblebee." Never judge an artist on a piece you despise. Maksim preforms the baroque, romantic and in-between with a passion that current generations can relate with and claim their own. Despite mixxed reviews from the stodgy and lackwits, I would say we bear witness to a prodigy of the art.

I've just recently stumbled across Maksim in the past couple of weeks here on youtube and I find that he plays EXCEPTIONAL and leaves me almost speechless.
